We help real organizations build real AI habits.

Not theory. Not tooling. The work that actually changes how your team operates day to day.

Why kazka exists.

Most AI initiatives fail quietly. Not because the technology isn't good enough; because the organization wasn't ready for it. The habits weren't there. The trust wasn't there. The workflows hadn't changed.

kazka's mission is making AI beneficial, approachable, and ethical for all. We work on the adoption layer: the people, the processes, and the data that determine whether a tool gets used or quietly abandoned.

For humans coworking with AI.

This is how we work with clients.

01

We ask before we tell.

The first conversation is always about what's actually in the way for your team: not about our framework or what tools you should be buying.

02

We work at the intersection of your people, your process, and your data.

Most AI projects fail at people and process. That's where the real work is.

03

We're honest when something isn't figured out yet.

We're in an early period for AI adoption. What works is still being learned. We'll tell you what we know, what we're seeing across clients, and where the territory is genuinely uncertain.

Our methodology

Every engagement is shaped by the 5-Pillar AI Adoption Framework.

Developed across 100+ implementations, the framework maps the five specific places where AI adoption breaks down. It's not a checklist; it's a diagnostic. We use it to figure out where you're stuck before we recommend anything.

The person behind kazka.

Alex Lee spent years at Google as an AI Product Manager, working at the intersection of large language models and real business problems. He watched how even the most technically capable AI initiatives failed when they hit the real world; not because the technology wasn't ready, but because the organization wasn't.

In 2023 he founded kazka to work on the part of AI adoption that most consultancies skip. He's since led over 100 AI implementations, developed the 5-Pillar AI Adoption Framework, and worked with organizations from regional banks to global travel companies, advising teams with a combined value of over $1B.

His approach hasn't changed since the first engagement: ask more than you tell, start with what's in the way, and measure what actually changed.

One call. A real AI strategy for your business.

After a single 30-minute conversation, we'll build your first AI strategy. Personalized to where your business is today, aligned to your objectives through our 5-pillar framework, and designed to help your team start moving. No pitch. No proposal. Just a plan you can act on.
